hey all, checking in. I am holding mainly at 221 lately with one 223 day and even fasted all day yesterday with only eating a carb heavy RM but still at 221 today I worked a night shift and slept during the day and just waited until our company came over for dinner to eat since it was close anyways on time and I wasn't that hungry to start with. I love the control I have with this WOE with hunger and not feeling like I am out of control and having to gorge on the first edible things in sight!
