When you say White Spirits, I am assuming you are talking about alcohol? If I am wrong, please let me know. If I am right, the answer is No, you can't have this outside of your RM. In fact just drinking diet drinks outside of your RM can be a problem for a lot of people. They recommend saving them for your RM, but everyone is different and you might be able to with no problem, the diet drinks that is, not the white spirts, that is a definite No..
