Default "I always eat that"

I was putting my food into fitday yesterday, adding things from my "recent foods", and it occurred to me there's at least one thing that I've had every single day that I've tracked my food (that would be cream) and a couple other things that I have almost every day, enough that they're always on my recent foods list (tomatoes, for example).

So I was wondering...is there anything you all eat every single day without fail? Anything you eat practically every day? Does it change whether you're lowcarbing or not? (Mine does and doesn't. I have to have coffee every day of my life and that coffee has to have cream in it. But I've had salads more consistantly on low carb than when not, hence the tomatoes.)
