I restarted on 12/15 at 179.0.
I lost 12.0lbs first 2 weeks, 1lb the 3rd week, 2lbs this week(1 day left).
It seems like its taking work to lose this weight, not eating a lot, plus low carbs. I'm 1b away from leaving obesity, which will hopefully get my dr off my back. I was thinking of IF. I've gone from size 18-20 to 16-18 so there is progress.
Yesterday I bought - frozen cooked meat, cream cheese, eggs, cheese sticks, I can add salads to this. Hoping I can get away with eating more if I eat plainer.
