I have found what works for me is focusing on treats I can have.
Shrimp cocktail with homemade sauce. High-end rib eyes with gourmet blue cheese dressing. Fancy cheeses, prosciutto, and gourmet coffee. Nine kinds of pickles from the health food store. A visit to the Olive Bar at the grocery store. Bacon, bacon, bacon
Faaaaaaaat.
All of these were denied me when I was eating low fat, and I craved them!
