Right now I am focusing on eating to satiety for 30 days with no rules or restrictions in hopes to break the binge cycle. I am eating low carb but have almonds when I feel like a binge is coming on. Westman's plan looks good, but I prefer 3-4 tbl of cream daily for coffee. I could easily use less cheese and mayo than his plan allows though. Do you think swapping out more cream for less cheese or mayo would be a problem?
