Me and the forever-struggle with carbs...le sigh...I'm back down again though. Hopefully to stay. It's difficult as I'm keto so anytime I go over 50-55g of carbs, even if it's just up to 100g, I gain 3-5lb. It's funny that even after 1.5 years of being keto, I'm still discovering weaknesses. My latest is nuts. After about 10 days of ketosis, I crave them like mad. Specifically peanuts and cashews. So I learned I can have nuts and not binge them, I just need to stay away from those 2 kinds. Almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, and brazil nuts do not cause me to binge them like they are M&Ms. I'm ok with spanish peanuts (those redskin devils) but not regular. I wonder why that is? Pardon my wordiness.

I'm hoping this is the last of my issues/triggers I have to discover. Anyone else still learning themselves?
