Karin, my hubby asked to go on the plan with me but didn't really believe it would work. Once he started losing though he dropped way faster than I did. Now he's down 30 pounds to my 20. LOL! I noticed it most when his pants started falling down and we couldn't find his old belt anywhere. Had to go buy him a new one!
