Mon and Tue wt holding at 222. I ate A LOT yesterday so I was surprised:

B CM- 3 pc bacon 2 eggs bowl of cooked cabbage

snack- iced decaf americano with cream and cinnamon

L CM- double quarter pounder with cheese (no bun) classic grilled chicken (no bun) another iced decaf americano with cream

RM- big plate of jumbo prawns, small lobster tail dipped in butter, lemon, garlic and also some cocktail sauce. HUGE salad with ranch, 2 slices of pound cake, 1 cup ice cream, a kit kat bar and 1/2 a hershey's bar with almonds.

Today, not as hungry... LOL

B CM- 1 pc bacon and 1/2 egg, iced decaf americano with cream and cinnamon

L- probably a large salad with cheese and whatever meat I've got around

RM- tonight we will be out in town and will probably go to our favorite Vietnamese/Pho place that also is a NO MSG restaraunt!
