Breakfast out this AM with my friend - I had what they called "Poncho's Bowl" - Huevos Rancheros on a bed of shredded cabbage instead of a tortilla - I ordered it sans beans. It was different than what I would call Huevos Rancheros (this was scrambled eggs and very little cheese, with pieces of raw red onion and fresh cilantro in a very hot red sauce) but it was really good - hot! My eyes were watering but I learned to be a Med-hot girl instead of Mild while out West. Decaf and half and half.
