Yes, I know now that the specialists that gave me insulin during my pregnancies is the WRONG approach. I often think of the damage my babies experienced because of the daily insulin injections.

My one "happy" action was that I tossed the 300carb a day diet the nutritionist gave me, and followed the food list for DANDR Induction. I wish I had been further along in my LC journey as I could have changed a few more things.

At least I know I did more to help my babies than the doctors in this.

Do doctors really "do no harm"???
