What kind of tofu did you use? I used a firm or extra-firm (can't remember) tub-style tofu. I drained it then squeezed out some excess water with it wrapped in a paper towel. I don't think the aseptic packed tofu would work as well for this recipe. I'm glad it still tasted good anyway! My vegetarian sister is in town this weekend, so I might make it while she's here.
