I had kind of a break through today. I found myself wanting to eat something. Not necessarily something "bad". Just wanted to put some food in my mouth. And I actually got up to go find something to eat... and realized, I wasn't hungry. It dawned on me, I was just bored. And was going for food out of habit. That's never happened to me before... the realization. At least not until AFTER I had already ate something. I'm hoping that's a good sign. Trying to stay positive.
