I have never tried Somersizing so I can't advise you there. But others here have had success on it. Look in the "food combining" index page for the threads with the SS label. You can look at the weight stats of the posters and see how they have done.

Could you please turn off you Caps Lock key when you post? All caps is usually seen as "yelling" on message boards. I know it's a nuisance, but it's also harder to read all caps.
