Hi,
B- 4 egg veg omelete
L- can of sardines
D- huge salad, chicken, blueberry shake with no sugar added soy milk 4 gm compared to 18 gzillion
I'm trying to increase my protein, boy was I stuffed for breakfast. I cleaned the garden today, beautiful weather.
