Tue: 4:30 a.m. - 30 min on treadmill. Had a lunch meeting, so could not walk at lunch. After work: 45 min. pool jogging.
Wed.: 4:30 a.m. - 30 min on treadmill. Very hot and humid today, so no lunchtime walk. Plan to go home after work and pool jog.
