You can make your own ice-cream.

2 organic eggs, separated.
60ml (4 tbs) cream
1 tbs vanilla extract
sweetener.

Whisk the egg white until it is stiff and fluffy. Use a big bowl.
Whisk the cream until thick.
Whisk the yolks, vanilla and sweetener.
Fold the yolk mixture and cream into the egg white.
Divide into four containers, and freeze.

This stuff is really low carb, and it tastes just like the real thing. You can even eat it straight out of the freezer. Do the whisking in that order and you don't even need to rinse your whisk between bowls.
