Atkins says to keep Grains to a minimum. That would include Wheat, Oats, Barley, Rice, Corn, etc...I don't know what's in your "Oatmeal," but REAL Oatmeal is made from Oats, not Wheat. As for the slogan...it sounds like they were trying to poke fun at Vegetarian/Vegan Slogans. |
