Default If I can quit - so can you!

Okay folks.
I quit smoking 4 and a half months ago.
If I can quit, then so can you!
I also gave up coffee drinking.
I smoked a minimum of a Carton a week for over 18 years.
The first three years I "chainsmoked" about 3 packs a day.
A lot of money + no brains= A Chainsmoking fool!

52 weeks x 1 carton per week = 52 Cartons.

18 Years x 52 weeks per year = 936 Cartons of Cigarettes.
(Damn! I should have kept smoking! I was so close to 1,000 Cartons! )

936 Cartons x 10 (packs per carton) = 9,360 packs of Cigarettes.

9,360 Packs x 20 (cigarettes per pack) = 187,200 Cigarettes.

187,200 Cigarettes x 5 minutes each = 936,000 MINUTES

936,000 Minutes / 60 minutes = 15,600 HOURS.

I spent 15,600 Hours of my life smoking cigarettes.
That's 650 Days!
if you average this to a 30 Day month, I spent 21.666666 months of my life smoking cigarettes.

I don't even want to get into the expense of it!

That's so depressing it isn't funny.

Just keep telling yourself "I can do this!"
Because if I can, then you surely can!
