After years of these and other symptoms (rolling chills, night sweats, night-time thirst) my doctors still haven't even offered to run a test for PCOS (checked thyroid: negative, checked for diabetes: negative) Anyway, I know I've just felt better on low carb and I'm headed back for this. Not to mention that my husband and personal trainer embrace a low carb lifestyle, though theirs is called Paleolithic Diet.
I'm anxious to see how my symptoms react to this diet this time around.
