OK today I decided to go back on meds for now.

My average glucose level is creeping up.

It is now up to 125.

My average was down near 110 or less before I stopped meds.

So the meds are helping.

I also am NOT seeing low readings near or around 100 or lower.

Now I will take my meds for a couple of weeks or so and see where the numbers go. They should go back down.

Then we will wait and see, develop a good trend line of BG values and switch from meds to glucotor and chromium picolinate and see what happens.
