The one thing I remember my stepdad saying to me happened when I was about 10. I was chubby but not very overweight by then. I walked past the dog when he was eating and he growled. My stepdad said "YOu know you want to eat the dogs food you fat cow." and then proceeded to make me eat dog food. I dont think I will ever forget that.
