Nuts are my best bets The longer I stay away from meat/fish/poultry/egg, the less I crave them. I never have problem with nuts. Acutally, I went down from 115 to 96 after gone lacto-vegetarian. I don't really eat dairy either except in the form of whey protein found in protein bars.
