Sorry, I have not had much time lately for online stuff. (My wife has been home sick and I have been working alot of overtime - 81 hours total last week, 41 hours overtime). My birthday was this past week and my daughter got me a Dash air cooker. I'm using it the first time tonite to make wings. Any good low carb recipes for air cookers?
