Lidl does "German Bratwurst" (or Nuremberg Sausages). They are german and don't contain rusk. A little carb from the spices and they are yummy. If you don't have Lidl in Newcastle, try Aldi or Netto. They may not have a Nutrition Label. Check if they were made in Germany, then they should contain no rusk and minimal carbs.
