I've been on OWL forever, it seems like, perhaps I even do Pre-Maintenance, actually. Yes, my ratios are a bit different. It varies, but here are some Fitday numbers:
FAT - CARBS - PROTEIN
63% - 7% - 30%
67% - 7% - 27%
58% - 8% - 34%
60% - 7% - 34%
You get the idea.
