how the heck are ya'll?! this is my first post and it's something i've been wanting to know for a while.

i've heard that fructose doesn't store in your body (as fat or energy). is this true? it kinda doesn't make sense b/c i know that eating a banana triggers an insulin spike so where does the insulin take the excess sugar, if in fact fructose doesn't store?
