Wow, talk about contradictions:

If a diet change from multiple servings of meat weekly to completely plant based reduces your workout energy - that means the meat was good for you, not that you need to add a tiny bit of plant protein here and a tiny bit of plant protein there.

Plant based does not include eggs - but eggs are listed as a way to increase the protein in a plant based diet.


The article sounded like it was geared towards those who are older - retirement age or later and trying to stay healthy.

But then they stick that last sentence in there that makes it clear it's really aimed at middle aged people.


The whole article is based on the notion that plant based diets are somehow better for the planet than eating any animal products at all - they just throw in bits and pieces about longevity here and there.

But then they give you the big "longevity" payoff for giving up meat: You might live as much as NINE (9) whole months longer! That's hardly what I'd call a significant amount of time, just more of a normal fluctuation in longevity. They'll probably spend at least that much longer in a nursing home.
