I'm a little disappointed in myself. I really need to get in gear. There's been plenty of beautiful weather. Those 3K/4K days are mostly me just not wanting to leave the house in a mild depression kind of way. I'm going to add a goal to next month's challenge: at least 3x/week, I want to make an extra-long walk just for the sake of doing it - either taking the scenic route to a store, or just walking the nearby trail. In fact, I think I'll start a separate 'photo challenge' thread like the one I started for meal pics.
