Didnt know about the oil of oregano for digestive purposes though I do use a heap of it in spaagetti sauces and any other recipe possible. Otherwise I use unpasturized apple cider vinegar with many of my salads, and avoid drinking water at meal times other than a few sips. My theory is to let the acid in the stomach do its job which requires a high acid environment to break down the food stuffs properly.
