I had a punch biopsy on my shin (leg) two years ago because skin cancer is common in the sunshine state and I couldn't identify the 25 cent piece sized itchy rash. It turned out to be psoriasis. I changed my nutrition radically (the usual) and it never came back. I'm a believer (Monkees 1966) HA
