Hey IOMW and Renee. Sounds like you guys are having a good summer! Love.

I'll be heading out of town for a "Gathering" up on a lake in the middle of the state where I grew up, which is the same state in which I live today. Anyway there will be a lot of Kiters up there so I'll likely get plenty of good action shots to post next week.

Fluid retention has gone down, back to kind of a normal weight ~195lbs I notice this in my lower legs - So, Quest bars, horsefly bit or too much Snake Juice (changing this to K only as I get so much salt in diet) 3 variables, who knows but I'll stay away from the Quest bars for the weekend and see what my body is like from camping out on Monday, if I make it back alive. You never know, and that's a good thing, not knowing, not really caring, just being.

Breakfast today and a neat shot of a friend doing a transition on kitefoil from heelside to toeside. He's starting to get these dialed in! Aces.
