So glad to find you! I've been a low carber for years in some sort or another (Atkins, Somersizing, Paleo) and having found myself at an all time weight high last November due to a stressful year and lots of emotional eating I realized I needed some structure and accountability...so I joined WW, started with on line and in December started meetings.
I made 'Lifetime' a couple of weeks ago and am 5 lbs. from my personal weight goal. My WW group is so important to me and I have no complaints about the new 'Freestyle' program but I keep thinking 'how can I incorporate low carb eating into my WW food plan'.....I also really like this site for support and journaling and have missed it.
Then I found your posts today and would love to exchange ideas and support with you!
I'll peruse your posts and see what you've tailored for your food program and start trying to put some ideas together for myself. This will be challenging but I'm up for it!
