I drank 4 cups of water and the cravings went away. Apparently, I was thirsty.
I was size 16-18(jeggings and stretchy pants), today's (regular pants) size 16
Shirts went from 16/18 to 12/14
It's nice to get a confirmation that I'm smaller.
