This month, although the weight loss was not enormous, the knowledge gained was! I learned about dark chocolate and nuts, cream cheese and water weight bouncing. I learned what maintenance at this weight looks like and how to get fat adapted, how to "listen" to my body and truly understand the difference between a craving and hunger, how feeling "empty" is different from hunger as well. So, as mentioned, even though the weight loss was not HUGE...the knowledge again was.
