I'm also planting squash in my garden this year. After spending 10 bucks on one in the grocery store I decided to keep some seeds and they are a couple inches tall already. I've never heard of making jam out of squash before! Do you use zuccini or spagetti squash or other? I would love the recipe for it if you wouldn't mind. I do alot of canning every year, but this year I will have to make some changes!
