I don't have a set schedule of IF. I take it day to day. DH never had a weight problem and just doesn't understand. It took him a long time to accept that I am not going to eat carbs. There are times when he wants me to eat with him, so I do, even if we are not eating the same things. Other days he just eats on his own and I take advantage of those days to do just one meal a day. My body really enjoys those long stretches of gnawing hunger. I get to the point of feeling like I'll die, but I wait it out and that feeling goes away. This has greatly reduced my blood sugar readings, too. I guess I do 4 days of 2 meals a day and 3 days of 1 meal a day.
