One of the fastest ways to get it into the bloodstream is to put it on mucous membranes under the tongue (think sublingual B12 or nitroglycerin tablets). If you mix it in water and drink it, it is diluted and goes straight to the stomach, where it is digested more slowly if there are other foods in there. |
