Thanks everyone for the replies. I have been eating low carb now for 3 weeks now and have lost 8lbs. I know 8lbs is not nothing but I still can't help feeling disappointed that I have not had better results. I have stuck to under 20g carbs a day and last time I checked I was in ketosis so I kind of expected more...I lost more weight at SlimmingWorld in the same timeframe before?
