It has been a while since I have had time to post here. I have been lurking some but I have a pretty hectic schedule right now. I just wanted to take a moment and give Thanks for all those who post, support, and try and help others.

I am so excited to see the huge changes my body is experienceing. I am too busy to type it all out now but will soon. I have dropped below 300 and my currnet loss is 67 pounds. not bad as I have lost through Thanksgiving and Christmas. 5 months ago I was so tired and lethargic. Today I am full of vim, vigor, and vitality.
