10k jog as run 400 steps/ walk 200 steps, except for one mile which I ran entire. The run/walk section was faster than my previous run on Wednesday averaging 12:07 per mile rather than 12:37. I clocked 9:37 for the full mile (it is downhill, but I should do it faster when not running into the wind).
