I wonder if she has ever tried low-carb. Does anyone know?

Oprah has lost and maintained. She just hasn't kept all that she lost off. She's like me. A long time ago she lost a lot and only maintained some of that but she's clearly maintained a significant loss for a very long time for most of the time. She's never gotten back to her highest weight from way back when in the early days of her show, as far as I can tell. She used to be much bigger in the 240-250 range and she's been thinner than that for most of the time for a very long time, even if she's never been size 6 again.

I would say that is probably a success most people should be happy with. It's sad that she's not and that stress and sadness over it is probably doing more than her weight to impact her health.
