Hello everyone, I am just starting again but been here before years ago. The first time I started Atkins I lost 70 lbs in 9 months. I was so proud of myself. I felt so accomplished in hitting my goal. Plus I just felt so much better physically. Then my mother passed away and that was it. I just didn't care about myself any more. I gained everything I lost plus alot more. Now I need to lose at least 100 lbs. I am excited.. ...I wish everyone the best on their own weight lose.
