What everyone else said. When we are larger, it takes more pounds to go down a size. has to do with size being volume=3 dimensions and pounds of course is only one dimension. Math is fun right?

From size 8 to 6 = 5 pounds for my sister
from size 28 to 26 = 35 pounds for me

Is how you look, your goal? waiting weeks between sizes does nothing for instant gratification in my book!
