Metamucil
I would like to increase my fiber. The sugar free Metamucil powder has 11 grams of carbs per serving and it suggested serving is to take it three times a day. That would be adding 33 grams of carbs to my already low-carb diet. I would feel like I wouldn't be able to eat any type of carb after having the metamucil. I don't like the capsules, so that's out of the question. Would I add the carbs from the Metamucil into my diet?? Very confused.
