I threw out my scale several years ago. At that time I had gone from 245 lbs to 175 lbs. At my last doctors appointment, a few months ago I had lost another 30 lbs, in 2 years, no scale needed. I too track my blood sugar levels following Dr Bernstein's 6-12-12. That's how I measure success.
