Today I walked 30 mins on the treadmill, went 1.76 miles.
Started at 3.2 mph and worked up to 3.8 mph.
My goal is to do SOMETHING every day. My sister also has a Wii exercise set.. I want to get that. Walk in the morning and do something in the afternoon. I need to break this 200 threshhold.
