Thanks guys.

I did read Atkins when I started, and believe my plan is pretty much Atkins.
(I know how you all love it when people say that , so that's why I have general low carb in my details.)

You're right, it probably is time I reread and thought about adding some things in.

I'm a bit scared to do so though - scared I'll stop losing, scared of the sugar monster cravings. Still have a long way to go yet, and I'm not the quickest loser.....
