Not sure why I missed this before ...

My advice is to enjoy buying your new wardrobe this time around and to chuck out or alter all your old clothes, except for one item to remind you of your highest weight. That way, when your new/altered clothes start feeling tight you'll know it's time to get back on track ... I didn't do that first time around and ended putting it back again ... this time I chucked everything away and when my clothes feel tight, I know what to do! There's no better incentive to keep maintaining at your current weight!
