Get your free T3, free T4, reverse T3, and thyroid antibodies checked.

If they come out of range try a natural thyroid like NatureThroid or Armour Thyroid.

High total cholesterol and high LDL lead me to believe your thyroid is out of whack. Check your cholesterol again in 5-6 months if you go on thyroid treatment.

Edit: Forgot to comment on this, but your triglyceride/HDL ratio is .98- suggesting you have very large, buoyant LDL, thus I wouldn't worry about heart disease.
